**Mode A** = metalayer machine answers (cite → verify → package) **outside** the Eigenstate IAR distribution gate — labels you can re-hit, not a paid confidence product.

One sentence: walk the **free** path on live federation, then read **Darshan** so calibration *n* is not sold thin.
