Publication snapshot · 2026-04-07
Dated research snapshot. Prose below describes publication-time observation.
vault@publish counts trimmed cycle-vault rows at publish time. It is not the live M1 ledger
(11 obs for EU_JURISDICTION; field coverage 193 / 199).
Do not read vault@publish = 0 as "no measurements exist" when M1 ledger obs is non-zero.
EU Regulators: Field Position Report
Eigenstate Research, April 07, 2026
Methodology: The Information Field Equations, E = ΔI/A, G = ∮E·dl, Protocol Truth → 1/φ
Publication field context
The Eigenstate engine currently measures the tokenized settlement field at:
- Protocol Truth (PT): 0.1946 (target: 0.618, the golden-ratio equilibrium)
- Field Coherence (κ): 0.5562 (living zone: 0.618-0.678)
- Coverage: 10 of 200 entities with measured ΔI > 0 (5.0%)
- Uncertainty (U): 20.0
The field is 0.0618 below equilibrium coherence. Each entity with measured vault activity raises the global PT toward 0.618. EU Regulators does not yet have a complete observation record on the M1 topology (199 entities).
What it is
EU Regulators represents the European regulatory framework, primarily MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) and the DLT Pilot Regime, as a unified field node. MiCA, which came into full force in December 2024, is the world's first comprehensive crypto market regulation covering issuance, trading, and custody of crypto-assets. For the tokenized settlement layer, MiCA and the DLT Pilot create the most fully-defined regulatory perimeter globally, making EU Regulators a reference node for how other jurisdictions' rules are likely to develop.
Verified claims
Active signals the engine is tracking for EU Regulators:
MiCA full implementation, December 2024
All MiCA provisions now in force. CASP licensing pipeline is active across Coinbase EU, Circle, Bitstamp, and others. Creates a regulated settlement counterparty universe in Europe that interacts with the global RWA topology.
DLT Pilot Regime, live tokenized settlement experiments
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) DLT Pilot allows regulated MTFs and SSS to operate on distributed ledgers. SIX Digital Exchange, Euroclear, and Deutsche Börse are active participants, generating the first sovereign-grade data on DLT settlement efficiency vs conventional rails.
MiCA stablecoin volume caps, EUR stablecoin constraint
MiCA limits daily transaction volume for e-money tokens to €200M/day. Circle's EURC and Société Générale's EUR CoinVertible are approaching operational scale where these caps become binding, a constraint on Euro-denominated RWA settlement throughput.
Field read
Settlement Pressure (Φ_S = 1.9465)
High settlement pressure, this entity is pulling field energy without reciprocal observation.
EU Regulators has elevated pressure because MiCA implementation is creating regulatory arbitrage dynamics: EU-registered entities gain CASP (Crypto Asset Service Provider) passports that allow cross-border operation in 27 member states, while non-EU issuers face market access barriers. The DLT Pilot Regime's sandbox for tokenized securities settlement is producing live data on whether blockchain-native settlement can replace T+2 conventional settlement, a high-signal event for every settlement layer participant globally.
Coherence (κ = 0.0000)
Minimal field integration, largely unobserved by the engine.
The equilibrium attractor is κ = 1/φ ≈ 0.618. At current κ = 0.0000, EU Regulators is 0.6180 below equilibrium. Vault observations of EU Regulators's rule outputs, rulemaking notices, enforcement actions, guidance documents, would directly raise κ toward the living zone [0.618, 0.678].
Vault Coverage
1 vault record for EU Regulators. Total accumulated ΔI: 2.00.
Most recent observation: observe at 2026-04-07 17:57:07 UTC, ΔI = 2.00, E = 2.00
Sources
This report is generated by the Eigenstate engine, an information-field measurement system for the tokenized settlement layer. The engine tracks 200 entities across the regulatory, infrastructure, issuer, and audience layers.
Core equations:
- E = ΔI/A, efficiency: information gained per unit action (Kirandeep's Law)
- G = ∮E·dl, accumulated field circulation along topology paths
- PT → 1/φ, Protocol Truth converges to golden-ratio equilibrium (1/φ ≈ 0.618)
- Φ_S, settlement pain: unrealized settlement pressure per entity
- κ, field coherence: integration of settlement activity across the topology

Vault: All measurements are recorded in a time-ordered vault with EAS attestation on Base mainnet. Entity coverage grows as observations are attested.
